SimCity 2000 Special Edition (2004) [French]

This is a re-release made in France by Micro Applications as part of "Objectif Jeux".
The box and CD has their branding, CD has ©2004 and the ring on the back says 02 Fevr 04. Newest files on the disc however are from 1999.
